hot and spicy chicken dish


Ingredients :

  • a half once on chicken liver, wash and clean thoroughly
  • 2 once on chicken heart, clean thoroughly
  • 1 small cucumber, slice
  • 2 fragrant grass,
  • 2 teaspoon of tamarind
  • 50 grams of margarine
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 3 glasses of heavy coconut milk
  • half tablespoon of broth-powder

milled spices :
  • 3 pieces of garlics
  • 4 pieces of red chilly
  • 2 cm of ginger
  • 2 cmn of turmeric
  • 2 cm of galingale
  • 10 pieces of black pepper
  • a half bawang bombay ( bombay onion )
  • 5 onions
  • 1 tablespoon of walnut, cook the 3 pieces of it
  • 2 teaspoon of dill
  • palm sugar
  • salt.

directions :
  • fry milled spicies with margarine,
  • put in the fragrant grass, bay leaves, tamarind and Royco.
  • stir and mixed it 'til fragrant
  • put in chicken leavers and hearts, cook a while.
  • pour coconut milk, cook till the texutures soft and tender.
  • last, put in the sliced cucumber. cook a while and lift from fire.
  • ready to serve.
