
Ingredients :

- 2 teaspoon of dill
- palm sugar
- salt.
directions :
- fry milled spicies with margarine,
- put in the fragrant grass, bay leaves, tamarind and Royco.
- stir and mixed it 'til fragrant
- put in chicken leavers and hearts, cook a while.
- pour coconut milk, cook till the texutures soft and tender.
- last, put in the sliced cucumber. cook a while and lift from fire.
